UptimeScout does not collect your data.

1. Summary
There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDK. Eonix (Pvt) Ltd operates no server for UptimeScout and receives nothing from the app. Your information stays on your devices and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own private iCloud database.
2. What the app processes, and where it stays

UptimeScout requests notification permission when you add your first monitor or source, local network access only when you check or connect a local address, and Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode only when you reveal a stored API key. Authentication happens in the operating system; the app never receives biometric data.
3. This website
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts and contains no forms — there is nothing here to sign up for and nothing to submit. Fonts are the ones already on your device; no font, script or image is fetched from another origin, so no third party learns that you visited. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.
4. Third parties
The app contacts only:
- The hosts you ask it to check, to perform those checks.
- The monitoring services you connect — your Uptime Kuma server, UptimeRobot, Better Stack or Cronitor. Your API key is sent only to the service you configured, only to read your monitors. Those services process the request under their own privacy policies, which are linked in the app’s source editor and on the sources page.
- Apple, for iCloud sync (your private CloudKit database), the App Store and StoreKit, notifications and background refresh, under Apple’s privacy policy.
No data is sold, shared with advertisers or data brokers, or used to track you across apps or websites.
5. Retention

Old data is removed automatically, at most once a day, when the app launches.
6. Your choices and deletion
- Delete a monitor or source from its detail view or the Sources list; its history, incidents and API key are deleted with it.
- Turn off iCloud sync in Settings › iCloud. The change applies after you reopen the app.
- Export your data with Settings › Data › Export Data. API keys are never included.
- Erase everything with Settings › Data › Erase All Data: every monitor, check result, incident, certificate, source, API key, widget snapshot, diagnostics file and preference on that device, and the synced records in your iCloud database. Purchases are not affected.
- Delete iCloud data at any time in your Apple Account’s iCloud storage settings.
Because the developer holds no personal data about you, requests for access, correction and deletion are fulfilled by these in-app controls.
7. Children
UptimeScout is a developer utility, is not directed at children, and collects no data from anyone.
8. Security
API keys are stored in the Keychain with “after first unlock, this device only” protection. Network requests use the operating system’s TLS and certificate trust. On macOS the app is sandboxed. The security model has the detail.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes are described in the app’s release notes.
